In this time of uncertainty, there's a fundamental truth that gives us hope – that together we can do extraordinary things. Over the past few weeks and months, the entire world has been coming together to stand up, help out, give back and heal. Generosity has been helping the entire world get through this global pandemic.
On May 5, 2020, Blue Ridge Conservancy is participating in #GivingTuesdayNow, a global day of unity and giving. We are asking that you consider making a gift of $50 (or other amount) in honor of this year’s 50th anniversary of Earth Day.
Blue Ridge Conservancy protects land in perpetuity so that our children, our grandchildren, and all future generations will be blessed with the same clean mountain air, fresh drinking water, and healthy local foods we enjoy today. Our work ensures they will have even greater opportunities to get outside and explore the natural world and that they will benefit from healthy, economically viable communities. It also protects the inherent spirit of this region and the cultural heritage that makes our mountains such a special place to call home.
We cannot do this without you. Not only do we need your support, we need your help to spread the word. Please tell your friends and family why you believe in land conservation and encourage them to support us, too!
Join the movement on May 5, 2020!
Blue Ridge Conservancy will always be focused on saving the places you love for the communities we love. The opportunities before us are enormous if we advocate effectively. Thank you for making everything we do possible.
